Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Sale items, accessories, swimwear, and lingerie are non-returnable unless defective or damaged.

2. How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact our customer service.
Include your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide return instructions within 1–2 business days.

3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for lost returns.

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund.
